Healing in Relation
Our stories are carried in our bodies and our communities. They hold what has been carried, what has been silenced, and what is waiting to come home. In therapy, I offer space to be with those stories — to listen, to name, and to move toward wholeness in ways that honor both your individuality and your connections to others.
I tend to work with women and gender-expansive people navigating life transitions, grief, identity, or healing from experiences of trauma — personal, intergenerational, or collective. Many of those I work with are BIPOC, Indigenous, queer, trans, or immigrant women who carry both the weight and wisdom of complex histories. Our work together centers belonging, voice, and integration.
An Integrative Approach
My practice is grounded in Indigenous ways of knowing that hold story, relation, and culture as pathways toward wellness. Healing is not a single technique; it is a remembering.
I draw from evidence-based approaches that support values clarification, emotion regulation, and psychological flexibility. Our work may include developing practical skills for navigating intense emotions, strengthening your capacity to stay present with difficult experiences, and clarifying what matters most to you so that your choices feel aligned with your values. Alongside these approaches, I integrate narrative and relational teachings that honor identity, history, and community.
Together, we create a rhythm of care that feels culturally resonant and aligned with who you are.
Beginning Together
Therapy with me is guided by relationship and pace — not by urgency or checklists. When we begin, I’ll take time to learn how you carry your experiences, culture, and stories. From there, we shape the process together.
